How it was made:
This bowl was hand-built in high-quality stoneware ceramic clay. The texture was created using a hand-carved stamp I created, pressed into a large slab of clay. The bowl was hand-painted with lead-free glaze and fired twice to about 2000 degrees F in an electric kiln in the AMH Ceramics studio in La Mesa, CA, USA.
