Da Dextram Misero (Give Aid to the Unfortunate). Beautiful museum quality military pin. This piece is made of bright red enamel on sterling silver. It depicts a hand pulling a spear from a man's leg and proclaims DA DEXTRAM MISERO, meaning GIVE AID to the UNFORTUNATE. This piece does show age with a nice patina darker in some places that others.
