A beautiful book featuring artwork signed by one of the authors cheapest (Walter J. Phillips). Some great famous Canadian Rocky sights --lovely illustrations. This book was signed by this artist as well (see 4th photo. This book is in beautiful condition-very clean, with only a pencil written price of "85.00" and "signed by Phillips" also in pencil underneath the price on the fist inside page with the map of the highlights of the Rockies. The green book cover is perfectly clean due to the fact that has the original dust jacket which is intact but not perfect shape (back outside of dustjacket is stained , and a tear at the front). Otherwise a lovely book in terrific shape.
