cheapest This is partially built. I did not want to take it apart, except for a couple pieces so it would fit safely in the box to ship. The instruction book says ‘tracker' on it and that is what is partially built. I took a picture of the page that shows how much is assembled. I turned the unit and the remote on and they appear to work well. ( I say this having absolutely no idea how to operate it). I know that the pieces to the pictured assembly are missing (second to last photo at the top). Also I know that 5 of the piece in the final photo are missing ( two of which are in the assembly). The missing pieces appear to be what was going to be built next. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT OTHER PIECES COUOD BE MISSING. I didn't count everything. All the bags are open, but some hadn't been used yet. Any loose pieces have been bagged by color. There is only the one instruction booklet. Everything pictured is included. I don't think it was ever used past what was built.
