Lovely play dress or for that special casual occasion. Contrast golden polkadot ruffle with matching ties that go over the shoulders through loops on the back and tie into a beautiful bow. During cooler weather can be paired with a contrast top or blouse (not included) and worn as a jumper. Inspired by my granddaughter.
