Orders needed in hand within 9 business days of ordering are considered ‘RUSH ORDERS'. Please contact me for availability before purchasing. Your order will need to be shipped by Express Mail ( upgrade available at checkout ) to guarantee on time arrival. I cannot guarantee arrival dates for rush orders shipping Priority Mail as CANADA POST does not guarantee Priority Mail.

RETURNS
No returns are accepted if the item is received damaged or broken during shipping as they are delicate handmade pieces. Please be sure to select the correct shipping method for your time frame.

REFUNDS
We DO NOT issue refunds in the case that your item was not received in time for your event or damaged, it is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the item well in advance, giving appropriate time for processing and estimated delivery times.

STORAGE BEFORE EVENT
All our edible decorations can be stored in the same box they were shipped in or can be transferred into an airtight container. DO NOT place in direct sunlight. Place the box/container in a cool and dry area away from moisture. DO NOT refrigerate or freeze the edible decorations.
