You set it up by putting soda pop bottles inside, then dispense from the spigots. There's room to put ice around the pop to keep it cold. The kit is almost complete – it's missing most of the flavor cards that came with it originally. And one nozzle is missing cheapest its rubber washer. Apart from that, it's perfect!
