Wooden spice shelf of the years 60.

She has already lived well but remains in good condition!

It had been repainted rather roughly on several layers in white and covered with stickers, so I sanded it with a porcelain appearance and simply covered with a colourless satin varnish.
The sides were painted very dark brown I just sanded and varnished!

Wabi Sabi style, I thought it was a shame not to give him a second life!

I also added 5 spice jars with Cork cap from the brand LEVER, vintage 70 's, 4 green and a Brown!

These pots are rather to be put on the top compartment because underneath the bar that allows to keep them prevents them from getting out easily.

This being I find that the Green and brown colors of the pots blend perfectly with this small shelf and gives it a touch of interesting color!

To describe this shelf, it consists of 4 compartments:

Top compartment a simple shelf that can easily support the 5 spice pots, length 35.5 cm or 13.78 ", width 8 cm or 3.14", on the bottom plate are drilled 2 holes in order to be able to fix the shelf.

Underneath a compartment identical to the first but cheapest with the addition of a small bar that allows to maintain what one could pose, same measures as the top compartment!

Compartment 3 consists of 2 wooden drawers with small wooden ball handle Brown, the front of each drawer measures 18 cm or 7.09 ", height 6.5 cm or 2.36", depth 3 cm or 1.18 ", thickness 9 cm or 3.54"

Finally the last compartment consists of a row of 4 Brown wooden tips or one can hang the kitchen cloths.

Dimensions of the complete shelf: height 37 cm or 14.57 ", width 38.5 cm or 14.96", depth 9 cm or 3.54 ", total weight with pots 2.5 kg.

This shelf is to suspend but we can just as well pose it, we simply can not hang there of dishcloths. However it is stable enough to be laid!
